The Schauspielhaus has been formed in the year of 1900 and has been the reason for political differences ever since. The small but strong ensemble of the theatre offers a big repertoire: classic pieces, new ones or musical productions which can also be seen in some of the other venues within the Schauspielhaus or in different, unusual locations within the city.
